Senior AI Conversation Designer — Remote · Full time. Lead the voice and personality work for new models. You write, prompt, evaluate and tune until each girl feels real. You will work alongside engineers and product to define what good conversation actually means at Ohchat.

Backend Engineer (Realtime) — Remote · Full time. Own the low-latency chat pipeline that powers every Ohchat conversation. You will design infrastructure for millions of concurrent messages while keeping things calm, observable and cheap.

Product Designer — Remote · Full time. Shape the visual and interaction language of Ohchat across web and mobile. You care about typography, motion and the small details that make a product feel premium.

Trust & Safety Lead — Remote · Full time. Build the policies, tooling and review systems that keep Ohchat safe, healthy and respectful for everyone who uses it.

Growth Marketer — Remote · Full time. Run experiments across SEO, paid, lifecycle and partnerships. You will work closely with the founders on the channels that matter most.
