Ohchat Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ohchat. Please read them carefully. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

Ohchat is intended for adults eighteen years of age or older. By accessing the service you confirm that you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction and that your use of Ohchat is lawful where you live.

2. Your account

You are responsible for any activity that takes place under your account. Keep your credentials secret, do not share your access with others, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ohchat to harass other people, to attempt to identify the real-world identity of an AI model, to reverse engineer the service, to resell access, or to violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Content and conversations

Conversations you have on Ohchat are personal to you. You retain ownership of what you write. We use anonymized, aggregated signals to improve the product, and we never sell your messages.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Ohchat require a paid subscription. Charges are processed by our payment partners, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and refunds are handled in line with the policies of the platform you subscribed through.

6. Disclaimers

Ohchat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our models are AI characters and do not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Treat conversations with Ohchat as entertainment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohchat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date below. Continued use of Ohchat after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
